FAQ's

What types of payments do you accept? Credit cards accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.

I forgot to apply my coupon code, can I still use it? Unfortunately, we are unable to manually apply a discount to an order once it’s placed. However, the code can be applied to a future order if it is still valid.

Why isn't my coupon code working? The code may be expired or input incorrectly. Please remember coupon codes can't be combined with other discounts, specials, or sales, this includes our 2/$45 special. 

How do I view my order status? You can check the status of your recent order by visiting your order tracking number on the email notification sent to you once your order has shipped.

Can I modify or cancel my order? Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.

Can I change the shipping address once my order has been placed? We are unable to change the shipping location once your order has been placed.

I placed an order, but my items haven't shipped yet?  Most orders are shipped out within 48 business hours after being fulfilled, excluding weekends and holidays. In rare instances, we may run out of popular items while processing your order. To avoid canceling your order, it will be held until the item is available and your order is fulfilled. If this is the case, we will send you an email notifying you of the delay. 

I placed an order for a preorder item, when will my order ship? The date on preorders are estimates and can change. If that date extends beyond 7 days of the original date we will contact you. If you have an order that contains a preorder item, the entire order will ship once the preorder item is available.

My credit card was declined, what do I do now? The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address. Ensure that the address is entered accurate and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution. If the funds have come out of your account and your order has not been completed, please contact your bank and they’ll reverse the transaction as it has not been completed on our end. If you keep running into an issue, checkout with PayPal for faster checkout.

When will I receive my order?  All items will ship out 5-9 business days from order date. This includes 1-4 business days for processing plus 2-3 days for delivery. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.

I placed my order, why I haven’t received a confirmation email? You should’ve received an order confirmation instantly after placing the order. If haven’t received an email confirmation, be sure to check your spam.

I placed an order, why haven’t I received a tracking number? You will receive a tracking number once your items are shipped from our warehouse. Please refer to our shipping policy for more information.

Do you restock items that are sold out? Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. Sorry we just love to keep up with the latest trends. 

How do I return my order? Please refer to our Return Policy.


Can I place an order online and pick up in store? Yes, during checkout select in local pick up for your delivery option. Once your order is processed and ready for pickup you'll receive an email notification. Please refer to our shipping policy for further details. PLEASE NOT THIS OPTION DOES NOT ALLOW FOR SAME DAY PICK UP. Fur Slippers are still subject to the 7-10 business day processing times.
