  • How do I view my order status? You can check the status of your recent order by visiting your order tracking number on the email notification sent to you once your order has shipped.
  • What types of payments do you accept? Credit cards accepted: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, Visa, and PayPal.
  • My credit card was declined, what do I do now? The majority of declined payments occur because of an incorrect billing address. Ensure that the address is entered accurate and complete. If the problem persists, reach out to your banking institution.
  • What orders qualify for free shipping? All domestic US orders totaling $75 and over (before taxes and after discounts) qualify for free Standard (5-7 Business Days) Shipping. Expedited shipping methods are available for an additional charge.
  • When will I receive my order?  All items will ship out 5-9 business days from order date. This includes 1-4 business days for processing plus 2-3 days for delivery. THIS DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS.
  • Can I modify or cancel my order? Due to our efforts to ensure that you receive your order as quickly and accurately as possible, we are unable to cancel or make changes to your order after you have placed it with us.
  • Can I order by phone?  Yes, you can order by phone during our normal business hours Monday-Saturday 10am-9pm and Sunday 11am-6pm. Please note ordering directly online is the quickest way to complete a transaction.
  • Do you restock items that are sold out? Unfortunately, we do not restock most of our items. Sorry we just love to keep up with the latest trends!
  • How do I return my order? Please refer to our Exchange/Return Policy.
