IN STORE PICK UP POLICY
When will my order be ready for pickup?
You will receive a text notification when you order is ready for local pickup please respond to confirm pickup time. This usually occurs within 24 hours after purchase. If you have not received this notification please email email@example.com
Can I track my package?
No, but you will receive an order confirmation e-mail once your order has been placed and will be notified via e-mail and text again once your package is ready for pick. Please check your spam/promotions inbox for this email.
Who can I contact if I do not receive a confirmation email for pickup?
If you have not received your “ready for pick-up” email within 48 hours from the date your order has been placed, please contact our customer service team for additional assistance.
How long will you hold my order for pickup?
We will hold your order for 7 days once we’ve sent you a pick-up confirmation e-mail and will then send you a final pick-up e-mail. If the order has not been picked up after 7 days, your order will be cancelled and payment will placed on a gift card (minus a 20% restocking fee) valid for online purchases only.
Is there a certain time I can pick-up my order once it’s ready?
Pick-up times are Monday-Saturday, from 12:00 PM – 5:00 PM;
Who can pick up my order?
For your protection, only the recipient listed on the package is authorized to pick up the order. You will need to provide a valid photo ID along with your order number at the time of pickup.

When will I be charged for my order?
You will be charged for your order once you receive your e-mail notification that your order has been placed.
Is same day pick-up available?
Yes we currently offer same day pickup.
If my order doesn't fit or I change my mind can I exchange for an in store item?
We currently don't offer the option to exchange online purchases in store.
