RETURNS FOR STORE CREDITS MUST MEET THESE REQUIREMENTS:
- Merchandise must be returned to our warehouse within 10 business days of receipt. Any returns received after this time frame will be denied.
- Merchandise must be unworn and unwashed. We cannot accept returns of items that have been damaged, worn, or soiled, and clothing tags must still be intact. The items must be free from any odor, makeup stains, deodorant stains, and etc.
- Merchandise must have all tags, including any hang tags attached.
- Any merchandise marked "Sale" cannot be returned.
- Returns must include all items that are approved for return (for example: If you want to return a pants set, the jacket and pants must be returned. Any missing pieces will result in no credit being issued and the item will be discarded. Only items listed on your return approval will be eligible for return all other items will be discarded.
- Fur Slippers are NON RETURNABLE.
- Non-returnable merchandise include sale products, bodysuits, slippers and sale/discount products and undergarments.
- SALE PRODUCTS ( this includes products under the "sale tab", products marked with a discount price, products included in any sitewide sale, any product that has been marked down from the original price) are nonrefundable and are considered FINAL sale products and can not be exchanged or returned.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not meet our requirements including any signs of wear.
- PLEASE NOTE customer is responsible for shipping fees to send the order back to Spice Boutique.
- Shipping fees are not refundable.
- Spice Boutique diligently inspects all items before shipping on camera; therefore, damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely. Any returned items will be inspected for signs of wear or smoke, and in the event that the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive a store credit.
- Store Credit is valid only at www.shopspiceboutique.com
If an item is considered damaged yet repairable, a 20% restocking fee will be applied before a store credit is issued. Please note all items are inspected prior to shipping, therefore damaged merchandise is extremely unlikely.
WHEN MAKING AN RETURN:
- Please submit your return request here spice.returnscenter.com (Returns will not be accepted without prior approval requests this could take 2-5 business days).
- Once your return request is approved you will receive an email notification with instructions on how to return your package.
- Pack your merchandise securely in the original product packaging, if possible. Please note that all items must be returned in original condition (including all paperwork, parts & accessories) with tags attached.
- Be sure to include your original invoice with your return. You may want to keep a copy for your records. If you can't send the invoice, just include your order number, billing name & address, and reason on a piece of paper with your return.
- Please include your name and order number.
- Keep the return tracking number for your return package to monitor delivery status. We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
- Orders must be returned via mail to our shipping center, no returns will be accepted at our physical store locations.
RETURN PROCESSING TIME
- Upon receipt of your package, your return for a store credit will be processed within 3-4 business days. You will be notified via email once your return has been processed.
