Shipping Info

All of our domestic orders are shipped through USPS and require a signature upon delivery. We strive to get your Spice pieces to you as quickly as possible. Orders arrive within 5-9 business days pending credit card authorization, this includes our 1-4 business days for processing plus 2-3 days for delivery (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS).

COVID19 UPDATE: PLEASE NOTE THAT PROCESSING AND SHIPPING TIMES HAVE BEEN EXTENDED DURING THIS TIME.

International shipping is 7-14 business days. This does not include our 1-4 business days for processing(we are not held responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes) International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.

We process and ship packages Monday through Friday 10 A.M to 5:00 P.M. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays. Your order may be delayed 1- 2 business days if your shipping address is different from your billing address or if you provide the incorrect billing address. You will be contacted if additional information is required for further verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

PREORDERS: Please note that if your order includes a preorder item your entire order will ship once that preorder item is in stock and available to ship.

Local Pick Up:

We currently offer curbside pickup for our local customers only, this service is free. Once you have placed your order and select “Local Pick Up” as a shipping option you’ll receive further instructions via email. Please note that orders can not be picked up prior to receiving your pick up notification. NO EXCLUSIONS. This service does not apply to previous orders or preorders. Pick ups will only be held for 7 days after you receive a pickup notification, once canceled you will receive a store credit valid only for online purchases. 

PLEASE NOTE: Local Pick Up shipping option is for curbside pick ups only! This option is for local customers only. If you purchase the wrong shipping option this will delay your order processing time and the difference in shipping fees will need to be collected before shipping is completed.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Spice Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
