All of our domestic orders are shipped through USPS (signatures are required). We strive to get your Spice Collection to you as quickly as possible. Orders arrive within 5-9 business days pending credit card authorization, this includes our 1-4 business days for processing plus 2-3 days for delivery.
International shipping is 7-14 business days. This does not include our 1-4 business days for processing(we are not held responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes) International customers are responsible for all import duties,customs, and local taxes charged by your country.
Spice Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS.
We process and ship packages Monday through Friday 10 A.M to 5:00 P.M. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays. Your order may be delayed 1- 2 business days if your shipping address is different from your billing address or if you provide the incorrect billing address. You will be contacted if additional information is required for further verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.
IN STORE PICKUPS:
All orders are subject to shipping costs. Local customers are able to ship items directly to our store location for in store pickup. During checkout please select in store pickup option.
You will receive a fulfillment notification email letting you know your order is ready for in store pick up. Orders are typically ready within 24 hours after they are placed online. Please be sure to check your spam folder for email notifications. If you have any questions about your in store pickup order please contact customer service at 313-406-7961.
PLEASE NOTE: ORDERS CAN NOT BE PICKED UP BEFORE 24 HOURS OF ORDER DATE! NO EXCEPTIONS. ONLINE ORDERS CAN NOT BE EXCHANGED FOR IN STORE PRODUCTS.

If you are unable to print your pickup notification email, the associate can view it on your mobile device.
Please note your items will be held in store for you to pick up. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange, or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided. Please bring a government issued ID to the store as it is required to release the package. By selecting in store pick up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Spice Boutique.
