Shipping Info


    All of our domestic orders are shipped through USPS. We strive to get your Spice pieces to you as quickly as possible. Orders arrive within 7-10 business days pending credit card authorization, this includes our 3 business days for processing plus 2-3 days for delivery (NOT INCLUDING WEEKENDS OR HOLIDAYS).

    International shipping is 7-14 business days. This does not include our 1-4 business days for processing(we are not held responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes) International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.

    We process and ship packages Monday through Friday 9 A.M to 5:00 P.M. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays. Your order may be delayed 1- 2 business days if your shipping address is different from your billing address or if you provide the incorrect billing address. You will be contacted if additional information is required for further verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

    COVID-19 UPDATE: We are not responsible for delays with shipping companies once your package has left our warehouse. Due to a world wide pandemic there could be possible delays with shipping and updates with tracking on the carriers website.

    PREORDERS: Please note that if your order includes a preorder item your entire order will ship once that preorder item is in stock and available to ship. Preorder dates are estimates only, if the original preorder date changes we will inform you via email.

    SKIP THE LINE PROCESSING: Selecting this option grants you "first in line" processing, meaning your order will be processed within 24 business hours of purchase. This DOES NOT guarantee a faster shipping time. We are not responsible for any delays with shipping due to USPS or UPS. Skip the Line purchases are non refundable. Please note processing times are Monday-Friday holidays excluded.

    Lost/Stolen Packages

    Spice Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777) or UPS at 1-888-742-5877. Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS/UPS. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
