Shipping Info

All of our domestic orders are shipped through USPS and require a signature upon delivery. We strive to get your Spice Collection to you as quickly as possible. Orders arrive within 5-9 business days pending credit card authorization, this includes our 1-4 business days for processing plus 2-3 days for delivery.

International shipping is 7-14 business days. This does not include our 1-4 business days for processing(we are not held responsible for any delays caused by destination country's customs clearance processes) International customers are responsible for all import duties, customs, and local taxes charged by your country.

We process and ship packages Monday through Friday 10 A.M to 5:00 P.M. We do not offer shipping or delivery on the weekends or holidays. Your order may be delayed 1- 2 business days if your shipping address is different from your billing address or if you provide the incorrect billing address. You will be contacted if additional information is required for further verification. We reserve the right to cancel any order due to potential fraud.

PLEASE NOTE: Spice On the Go shipping option is for in store pick ups only! This option is for local customers only. If you purchase the wrong shipping option this will delay your order processing time and the difference in shipping fees will need to be collected before shipping is completed.

Lost/Stolen Packages

Spice Boutique is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777). Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. By completing a purchase with us you are agreeing to our full shipping and deliveries policy.
